Are the holes precision drilled or could they be drill press drilled with a good center punch? considering the hub is hub-centric I wonder if you could get away with "close enough" stud holes...?
They give you a paper pattern to use with a drill press.
They also include plastic centric rings to center the rotor,in case your stud holes are loose.
