Hey guys not really understanding the serpentine kits . With my alternator and power steering pump my original pulleys are pressed on . How do I go about getting the pulleys off and putting on the kit pulleys , I'm not sure how this procedure is suppose to work . Thanks

Most tool manufactures sell a tool for installing and removing these pulleys. Comes as a kit. If you have the older ps pump with the nut on the front then just remove the nuts and the pulleys come off the shaft and use a key way to tie it to the shaft.

There is a tool that will grip the pulleys to take off. The alternator must be taken apart, the rear case to press the new pully on. You can not press the pully on with the case, because it will damage the bearings in the end case. I found out the hard way. Best to my knowledge the power steering pully came off and the new on went on.

Nice setup! CFV Racing?

Old Federal and TRW P/S pumps- the can must be removed so the back of the shaft can be supported while the pulley is pressed on.
