Did my share of sledding. I now dont care for it.snowmobiling was part of my job,and after a few rounds at -30 and colder that was it for me.
And i live 1500 feet from a snowmobile trail and could go anywhere on it. Its a big trail system.

Plus temps forecasted in 10 days..
I think i can make it.

The sun has come out, I ABOUT FORGOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, WE AINT SEEN MUCH OF IT THIS WINTER !
Its up to 21 degrees now in the shade !! ---a little after 5pm.

At least we had a lot of sun today to melt what we got on the roads for the morning commute.

That sure is pretty, but u guys can have it , I wish it was in the 90`s ! A guy can always go out behind the garage and relax and have a cold one !!
California dreamin on such a winters day------

It is pretty, record snow falls here too and winter is not over, we can still get snow in April and even May...I want it to warm up but we need a slow warm up otherwise there will be flooding in many areas.

Here is a little Southern Sunshine for you folks from Floida's East Coast, will put it on the fastest train North to Minnesota and it will help get a good start on melting down all that snow.

Many many years ago I got to thinking about: I want to have a warm place to go for the Winters. Kept my eye on the dream, 5 years ago an opportunity came up when the market was down. Was able to get a hold of a shack of a trailer house a 1969 single wide, that nobody else wanted. (1969 good year for the old mopars) I could see the good in it though, so I scarfed it up. Double lot with chain link fence around it so I can park some stuff. Lots of good things about it that you just cannot tell by looking at it.

Any how works great for me, I can go back and forth from the North anytime I want for a nice break from the cold without breaking the bank.

Like Tooljunkie above here states: If you can't afford your dream, Build It !

Anxious to get back North myself and finish out some good Mopar Projects.
Mopar To You !

Red river is 50 miles away, and my buddy’s parents live right where the ice backs up the water and has flooded them out about 5 times now.
Last time the gov’t raised the house 3 or 4 feet as part of rebuilding the house.

I'm so sick of the rain and flooding, wouldn't it be nice if good weather lasted as long as bad weather!

We 've had a moderate winter so far . Expecting 3-6" tonight . commutes tomorrow will be sick . People refuse to stay home in bad weather . Stupid ! Anyway , they've started to tap the maples for sap . Yum ! Then comes MUD season . Yuk ! It's life , that's all . Lived in Florida for a while . That REALLY sucked !

At least 14 people killed in tornado about 10 miles from where my daughter lives in Lee County, Alabama

My buddy shot me a picture of his cabin in eastern Oregon. We were there in January snowmobiling and all he could do today was just drive by with his uncle it was buried...

we were supposed to go snowmobiling tomorrow but we just are going to wait till the middle of the week till we get a little more snow. Over the weekend there's too many people up there packing down the trails and making them full of tracks. It's going It's going to be a bluebird day tomorrow but the snow will be all chewed up from the traffic. Hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday it'll get a few more inches up there and cover everybody's tracks and nobody will be there but us hopefully..
My wife says HELLO from a-top MT. Hood
