I've never replaced a floor, but to install a complete floor you would have to remove windshield and probably dash and steering column to get it in car.
I don't think it would fit from the side. And you would definitely need 2 to 3 people to maneuver it. Lots of stuff to scratch inside if not protected well.
I'd cut it in 2-3 pieces from side to side like along the torsion bar crossmember, and in front of the rear foorwell, so the pieces would fit through the door. Then stitch it back together before I removed the windshield and dash. JMO.
