Want to buy a set of front and rear dultra duals for my slant six rebuild. Car is going to be a daily driver and dont want to spend a lot on headers. 72 duster with AC and PS NO PB.

Get ready to spend a lot for Dutras, actually about two hundred dollars more expensive than a header for you application if you know someone that can weld on cast iron buy two 2inch flanges and have them fab you up something. I had set done for less than 200.00 bucks. There are some badass old school welders out there.

I like the way you're thinking, I do a fair bit of cast iron welding and restoration work because I'm also involved with steam engine restoration here in Australia, and I can say at $480 for a 2kg pack of CastCraft electrodes, you don't get much weld for your money. I charge guys labour plus $10 per electrode...
