is your 9:1 compression measured or a guess
did you ever post cranking compression
do you have head flows?
what rpm do you need more torque?
are you up to changing converter and gears? (higher or lower)
lot's of homework to do
you could degree wheel your current cam in the motor if you are serious about making a change
that plus compression would be a start
no easy answer
