Question...
Is the snout of a 72 crank any different than an earlier one? (ie any reason the harmonic balancer from earlier 67-69 wont fit on 72 up crank?)
For the record, my 67 273 currently has a late cover with timing marks on the drivers side and the metal timing tab from the OE cover bolted to the pass side. everything else is OE 67 273 and works fine. (not sure if 340 is the same dimensionally)
