I like it. Looks a lot like an M1/Strip Dominator with a true 4150 square carb flange, which is sorely needed as those have been out of production for a while now.

MAN! I was thinking the same thing looking into the plenum and at the runners.

Right

Makes you wonder.... did they see a on line thread title something like, How I fixed my M1 to work better....

I’ll tell any how don’t know that those old Holley Strip Dominator/M1 intakes work great but that TQ carb pad is there only draw back. Thee great if your running a TQ! But to spend more money to correct it to get the max with a Holley carb is just insult to injury. Yea it works great but it’s just throwing money around like the US government does at dumb *** simple problems that shouldn’t have been to begin with.

LMAO!

Now that you mention it, I’m surprised there are no bosses already. That would be a good move. Only pennies in aluminum.

Especially since EFI is the way to go these days.
I disagree. It is a personal choice. A lot depends on what the owner operator wants or there level of comfortably on ether fuel delivery system.

Well, if you put it that way, then I won't disagree. You're right, it really is a personal preference. Sometimes, it's the wallet that makes the choice.

But the added benefits of EFI on a daily driver is kinda nice. Start up in any weather. Automatically adjust for elevation changes. Tunability on the fly with a laptop, cell phone, etc. One of these days, I'll get that experience. Been doing my research. I'd really like multi-port injection in my Duster.

I’ll say that I mostly agree with your previous post prior to my objection-ish post. However, I agree, it’s hard to argue what you say.

If and when TrickFlow releases the small block intake I will flow test it for free if you are within driving distance. I love the Indy and Victor340 intake but TrickFlow has a free entry race during the Halloween Classic if you run their intake or heads so my arm could be twisted into buying one.

Any news on the trick flow heads? After checking out speedmasters heads and seeing the new trick flow's coming out, I'm curious about price vs. quality and peace of mind.

It was ata first be the
Compare is the TF offering to the Edelbrock pictured in I guess the runners and square bore pad... IDK?

Huh....... okay.

Doesn’t appear that way to me, but I can see where it might to some.

I see it more as a lower/smaller version of this:

Or like was mentioned, a bigger version of the SD/M1 but with a square carb pad.

I am curious about the TF intake height.
That SV is tall ain’t it?

Does anybody have a picture of the Offenhauser Port-O-Sonic with the square bore top? Or the TQ top for that manor?

I think we have found the TF intakes brother!

Yeah kind of a smaller version. Portosonic looks like the love child between a gen 1 toker340 and a strip dominator.
