The jeep 318 and 360 used very similar heads as Mopar if not the same. I say that because the 318 and 360 magnum exhaust manifolds (96/97/98) off a Jeep Grand Cherokee will fit perfectly on the exhaust ports of a Mopar head, they are an exact match.
But the Jeep motor has the starter on the passenger's side which makes using the Jeep driver's side exhaust manifold on a Mopar all but impossible. treblig

Yeah, a bit like the Chrysler Marine 318/340/360 when the Factory water cooled Exh manifolds Rot out, Saving big $ if you want some Perf log headers, you can make a simple adaptor plate & mate up SB CHEV Water jacketed Exh Headers to the 318 Heads ( countersunk machine screws into the heads & studs & bolts to affix the Chev Manifolds ) learnt that Trick off a Speed shop owner Friend who got Killed Racing his boat when it crossed a wake, ran up on land & Crashed into a Shed ! - Rest peacefully Mr Peter Palmer: you were a good sort
