Wheel Vintiques or US Wheel

-
I bought Wheel Vintiques rallys for my Duster about ten years ago and the wheels were great. BUT BE WARNED; the color was way off. I paid $250 to have them repainted to original Mopar color and they they looked perfect on the car after the repaint. Unless they have changed, I wouldn't recommend them.

I used wheels vintiques twice for 15" rallyes. In fact, I have a pair on the back of my '76 Duster now. I've been happy. Never tried US wheels, don't know which is better

I heard e member complain about th us wheel. They could not get center cone to sit deep enough on center of rim. So seems like these wheels have this defect.

Thanks, I may be leaning toward them just because they have some positive offset which I need to keep wider tires inside the wells.

This was last Yelp entry, with one in 2019 telling of 10 year old Stockton rims. Original owner died and looks like someone picked it back up with some old employees. Hit or miss customer experience.

Good and fast service! Fixed my wheel and saved me a lot of dollars. Gave me a tour of shop and showed me what they can do. They build custom hot rod wheels and recondition classic wheels.

I'll try to contact them. There's also a site themopardude.com that claims to custom build (or rebuild). I'll contact both.

I just ordered a set of Wheel Vintiques 14x7 inch rallyes for the back of my 70 Dart and needed a 5 inch backspace to take advantage of the the MP kit I installed to move the springs against the frame (3/4 inch offset kit). For an extra $50 they (WVin) will give you exactly the offset (backspace) you want, so don't feel you only have the standard offset to choose from.

I've seen the mopardude's website and he is within a couple of hours from me. I was thinking about having him build me some custom steelies. Let me know how your contact with him goes? Thanks!

I saw that late last night and email them about that. Waiting to hear back. That would be great. US Wheel doesn't state that but I emailed them just the same.

He claimed a little ignorance regarding the dimension of offset and that he just uses backspacing which I guess is okay as long as our calculations are right. His prices are on his site and he doesn't charge extra for custom spacing. I do like what str had to say so I will wait for vintiques input too.

Mopar Dude has since retired and is no longer building custom width wheels. I don't know why he doesn't take that part of his website down?

Coker has Specialty wheel products and I can get some of them. They were not doing any custom backspacing last time I checked.

Wheel Vintiques is owned by Coker. Was trying to order these wheels: 15x6 OE Chrysler Black 5X4" bolt 3.75" backspace The Coker and Vintique salesmen said they wouldn’t be in until November. I could be dead by then.
Bought two from Summit this week.

Well that sucks, I was just about to order some OEM-style 15x10's with 7.25" backspace :(
Would WV or USW be good choices for that?
