Thanks for the info - I have a shroud that is broken exactly as the photos show.

Perfect repair.
In my case i use an epoxy putty, rough up a flat washer and bond it into place. I need durability more than the perfection. If one of my heavy handed helpers is bolting it in there is another repair.

For my 4-doors (one of which the shroud is on now) I want the best possible.

So no washers for Washington's shrouds other than the captive ones on the tiny bolts that hold it in place.
