This guy is a real piece.
He sold this 340 intake to me on a FB Mopar group and never sent the part.

And what would that be?

my guess would have been paypal, marked as "friends and family"
because quite frankly, 90% of the people who get "scammed" played the part of the willing victim by lying to paypal and claiming friends and family

as for the complaining part, i dont really see the point of a one sided "warning" on a side hes not part of
first of, because he doesnt get a chance to explain himself, and secondly, because chances are we'll never meet this fellow anyway
(even though we live in the same area code)

but mostly because i would like to hear why it wasnt his fault

Have at buddy, look him up and find out for yourself, or don’t, I really don’t care. I posted the FB link investigate the hell of this.

Your link doesn't work (but FaceBook has been acting weird all day due to updates). It looks like a lead to your profile page though rather than the other Kevin you posted about.

If you did use Paypal "Goods and Services," regardless of whether it was billed to your credit card, you now have 180 days from the transaction date to file a claim rather than the previous 45.

How can you be sure he's not a member of this site? The majority of members here have funny screen names and hide their locations. He could be here and no one would be the wiser. I say thanks for the heads up.
