The red tape people have to jump through at the license bureau is ridiculous. The last out of state vehicle inspection that i had done for a car i bought, took the entire day at the DMV, and then the title office.... all for a little old lady to come outside and ask ME to read her the vin...and tell her how many doors the car had....and what it was.
it was a 1978 2 door dodge monaco...
Naturally I read the vin as RM....23...J...
