I am SO tired of winter.
It was mid 50's Wed. first time in MONTHS .. took out my car to put some gas in and just drive a few miles. Got gas, haircut, and there were couple of graybeards around it when I came out, and we bullshited about the car. Took off and while heading home about 40 mph it sputtered and quit. Damn. Rolled to side of road and had nothing in the car, not one tool. Tried to re-start, turned over but wouldn't fire. Looked in trunk and there was the old distributor in there. I took it out and tapped the carb a few times thinking maybe the needle was stuck. Got in and after about 30 seconds it fired. Home James. Went to get a fuel filter and carb cleaner. Starts fine ,we'll see next decent day... whenever that is. Hate this ****!
