, so against my better judgement, I've incl pics of Both New billet unused OEM grind Cams: 360 2bbl on left, std 318 Can ( M military) lobes on right. Same base-circle diameters: Its Plainly obvious ( to my skilled experienced eye anyhow ) which is the bigger lobe ...I can look at many Cams & tell pretty much straight off, particularly cams side by side, looking at paired intake & exh lobes whether they are narrow or widely ground lobe spread,roughly how aggressive & few other trucks of trade. All it takes is a lathe even or cylindrical grinder set up to measure a cam. The Jerk events on the 360ci 2bbl Cam are pretty smooth, Even & nothing horrible, like a couple if spots on SBC OEM 327/350 Hyd , & SORRY PANTY SCRUNCHER: There's obviously, given the tad extra lift, quite a bit more 'area under the curve' than the VERY mild 318 std Cam. Sorry Pal, IS the Cam business part of 1 of your vocations ?? Hmmm (skidmark360) ?? - not above poster , who's level of basic comprehension is increasingly Elementary school, IF that.
I've had & measured both Cams: I've done my homework.
