Looks like you are already running a low pro style hat, you will have to be careful trying to go anymore low pro, guys have had distribution issues from trying to force the air into such a tight turn before the carb/throttle body.
I agree, there are people leaving a ton of power on the table with poor hat design. Procharger and extreme velocity are the two best ones out there. The super victor is a great choice for boost. You have to remember that boost is multiplying your base hp and the more base you make the less boost you need to make your goal and if the flow path is good it'll make the turbo work less and that means less heat and less heat means less detonation. Another tip to remember is that the carb hats affect A/F from cylinder to cylinder so be careful with your tune up. The left rear cylinder will run lean with the hat on like it is in the picture.
