Does anyone know what this might be, what it is for, and where it might go? It has two lights, one is missing and the other has a blue cover. It has OEM part 3635635 and 46399. Mopar part search had no hits on either number.

I thought the ashtray used a blue light.
 
I believe that's an under dash map light assembly. I'll get back to you on what I find.
 
Remember restoring my dads lil red express. I believe one light lit up the ashtray, the other one lit up the windshield wiper switch lettering. There was a slit cut/stamped into the sheetmetal at the switch for the light to illuminate the switch lettering.
