Not sure what your asking but for Zbar & linkage make sure that other hole on bottom has bolt/nut as needed on frame rail for strength.
And tack weld top portion to sheetmetal there even to frame rail by drilling small holes thru sheet metal and weld to rail for xtra support.

The factory welded both bottom holes, no bolts.

yes spot welded oem. Thought you were adding bracket.

Its not mine,its a car on ebag claiming was original 4 speed car but now an auto. Yes the factory did weld the bracket in the holes.

That appears to be a factory reinforcing plate but it's not welded.
Most likely the Fender tag will show it was an automatic when new.
