This car was being built for drag racing and all the stuff that has weight on it has been taken off
I got it and I have been down the race track and and it was awesome but it is so much more fun to hang out with others at a hamburger joint and that’s what I want to use it for I have a detuned 440 in it sounds bad as hell but just sounds that way
So just looking to tag it so I can drive it

Go to your local county Sheriff's office and tell them about the car. Here. when we build something "off the map" like something completely home built, we have to get the Sheriffs department out to inspect it and they'll issue a VIN at that time. You might need to do something like that, OR you may be faced with tracking down previous owners until you can luck up on some paperwork with the VIN on it. To my knowledge, you will not be able to tag it without a VIN.
