Put the shifter in nuetral and put a pin through the hole shown above the Hurst logo, this lines up the shifter. Put the trans in nuetral and spin the adjusters out on the rods until they just slide into the levers on the shifter. Pretty simple and yours shouldn't be off by too much unless you moved them.
