Does Restoration Specialties manufacturer the items that they sell, or buy them from other manufactures and repackage them ?
What about Precision weatherstriping parts..do they manufacture the parts they sell(window channel/beltline) ?

Probably repackage although they may make a few products.

The place in CT right! They seem to just resell now.
Years ago the were the only place to get repair parts outside of a swap meet.

You mean Restoration Specialties and Supply ?
Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc.

They're a retail store (just like it says on their website). They stock a huge variety items which hardly anyone does any more. Occassionally they do some fitting and assembly. Kindof like an old time hardware store. For example: They had the correct belt weatherstripping (cat wisker) profiles to match the originals on my '67 notchback. I sent them my originals and they made up new ones copying the orignal lengths and bends. They also installed the attachment clips. At that time, the only reproduction kits weren't correct (as I discovered after buying  ).

They're great for searching out the exact item. And they know their stuff. Of course you have to know what you need. LOL. In most cases you can't do it by 'application' but by what you need. If you need a #8 sheet metal screw with an #6 oval head, philips drive in chromed steel, that's what you look for. If you want the trim screw for a '67 Barracuda's front grill - well you got to figure out what that was 'cause the odds are they aren't going to know.
The also show all the weatherstrip profiles. Again, useful if you have an original in good enough condition to figure out what it should be. If not, they may know but its not their gig.

Im not sure where their parts come from but they are excellent to deal with. I bought door windlace, vent window glass setting tape and other items from them. Great quality and fit. Price was reasonable as well.

I like to deal with Restoration Specialties too. I have for many years.
In relation to Precision, several years ago there were no windshield or back glass seals to be found for early Barracudas. Every shop I called gave me the same story, Precision Replacement Parts had a facility burn so production was down, gaskets were on back order and there was no telling when Precision would supply them again. I finally asked Restoration Specialties if they would call me when they got some in. Sure enough, some time later they called and told me they had received a shipment of early A stuff from Precision Replacement Parts so I ordered the seals I needed. In a couple of weeks the seals were available from many suppliers and even appeared on E-bay. So it seems that Precision is the manufacturer/supplier for a lot of the glass related weatherstripping.

I think Precision makes the window channel and beltline seals that I need , and then sells them to RS
