I have always had the longer of the two support brackets on my drivers side exhaust manifold for my 66 Barracuda 273, now I am looking for the shorter bracket. If you have one you can spare shoot me a price along with shipping to Michigan 48346.
Thanks
Bob

You know if they weren't really needed I don't think the engineers back then would have put them on the car's. Michigan roads are not the smoothest around and I really don't want to find out if they are needed or not. My car has just about everything on it that came from the factory except this part, and even though no one would ever notice it missing I know it is. If I can find one it's going on, if not no big deal.

I understand what your saying, however I have had 3 early A bodies with
273 engines and none had them installed. One 66 cuda I have owned since 1980 driven all over the country no problems. Just trying to save chasing
down a BS part. I have never even seen such manifold bracket?

I am looking for the upper bracket in this picture, I have the lower one already. It is the shorter one of the two. 66jim this is what they look like.
