Looking at swapping out the power steering box, for either the manual box or the Borgeson power box. My question is how do the two of these stack up size wise? Which one is smaller? Needing this for header clearance more than anything else

Two different animals. I offer the borgeson bolt in kits that are compact and offer truly modern steering with super sharp response. Manual boxes are the smallest and simplest, but unassisted steering only appeals to certain people. What header/engine combo?

Small block Ford headers, 318 poly, 1964 polara. I need about 3/4 of an inch to clear vs the factory box

As stated earlier - manual vs borgeson depends on what you are looking for in driving.

If you are looking for clearance, here are some compare pictures. Clearance is huge for me in the early a with headers. After I get the motor back in - I will really know if it was worth it.

Sir,

Would you be able to get me some width, length and height measurements so I can compare them with the factory box? Tying to see if I can get these headers to fit with even the the Borgeson unit
