590 cam installation tips

Had pushrods custom made for length to determine proper rocker and tip geometry.
will not by itself get correct geometry with roller tip rockers
contact B3 and see or do the mid lift procedure yourself

if your motor is not already down for refresh you could retard current cam to same intake close point as the 590 and see how you like it
advance/retard depends on your whole combination as was said by RRR
you have to try
in general super high compression retard (with your gears retard may work, IDK)
lower compression advance then test
on that piston put the broken side on the non thrust side, clean it up and run it
many pistons have much less skirt than what you have left
