I never heard of such a thing. Who ever told you that, walk away, quickly, no, scratch that, run, RUN QUICKLY!

RedFish & MoparR&D's explaination is 100% correct. If you need to have this pass emissions, that would help it do so. Or if you want to be "As Green as possible" with an old mill.... Or a resto which I know this is not....
