Hey everyone, I have been going through some of my late father's old car parts that he hlaccumulated throughout the years. When he was younger he used to race a 69 swinger with a 360. I know that this oil pan is off of that engine/car.

However I am having trouble identifying the brand and size of this pan. Obviously it is quite large and I believe the sway bar would have to pass through the hole.

Does anyone know what brand this could be potentially size? I have done some research and have not really been able to come up with anything definitive as it is quite old . I am looking to clean up and sell off a few of his old items and this would likely be one of them as I would not use this on a street car. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

I don't think the hole is for a sway bar unless the sway bar has no bend in it. Never seen a straight sway bar??

Looks like an old Milodon Super stock pan. Steering linkage passes thru the tube.

That only fits one thing..........a 360LA, or nowadays, a 5.2/ 5.9 magnum with some sealer in the corners there on the front

The tube through the sump is for the steering center link

No idea what body it fits, it is not for a truck, tho.........

No idea who made it, it COULD even have been "shop made" by a skilled fabricator.

That is a Milodon rear sump pan. Used with a swinging pickup which I can see in one of the pictures. I believe the pan was called super stock. This pan hangs real low.

You need to look through his parts and find a small block oil pump that has a threaded hole on the bottom of it with the side plugged. that's where the stock pickup screws into is plugged.

8 - 10 quart I think.

Dick Landy actually invented that mod, If I am not mistaken, on the early Hemi cars he ran.

Hey if you still have that pan I may be interested if you're looking to sell
