Front chin spoiler

I have one of the ford ones NIB..

never got around to installing it.

Here side picture of the ranger one I installed on my 67. Fit pretty good just tucked the side on inside lip of the fenders and made some brackets to help hold it. Mounted mine to the fender brace bar location and the hood latch mount.

I was thinking about putting a spoiler on the front of the 70 dart like the old dc one, wondering how it would look, where does everyone gets theres at

Are the camaro spoilers made of foam or solid plastic ? I would want to round the corners for use on my 68 fastback .

They’re just a single layer of ABS plastic. They have a lip around the edge but they’re not solid, so if you tried to round the corners you’d lose the lip around the edge.

I've seen them on here before but I can't find the photos. 71, 72 Valiant, Duster with a front spoiler. Looking for some ideas. There was a blue Duster for sale on this site a while back and he had what I'm looking for. Show me what you got

I have the metal one from Spoilers by Randy. The brackets he included with the spoiler were useless so I fabricated some that attached to the lower core support. I didn't want the spoiler bending under the car at 130 mph in the lights.

That's a good point. On mine I have an internally threaded tube with 1/4" heims that goes from the center of the spoiler back to the lower radiator supports. I keep meaning to make some for the ends, although I think I'd have to go back further to keep the angles from being to severe. Just being bolted to the valance definitely won't be enough at much more than freeway speeds.

I would like one for my 92 D150, Randy doesn't have anything close, anybody know who makes one? or one that can be adapted?

You mean something like this? I was told this was an old dc piece.

Sorry to resurrect a necro-thread, but after seeing the photos in this thread and the ones from Randy's webpage (like the photo posted below), I think I really want one for my '70 Dart also. Is "Spoilers by Randy" still doing business with all that's going on in the world? And what exactly do they attach to down there? Thanks =)

I have the Plum Crazy Dart in the ad and I can say it's a great piece, made of lightweight metal and attached in minutes

I have a spoiler that I bought to use in my 69 and never did.

it’s yours if you want it.

just have to pay shipping.

Wow that's super generous of you, but I doubt I have the skills to mate a Ranger spoiler to my '70 Dart front end with the valence out in front. My skill level requires simple bolt ons at his point haha. But thank you for your kind offer I appreciate it :thankyou:

lol up to my as in alligators'', never heard that one before , not sure what it means . still lol !

Finally had some time to attach the new front spoiler I ordered back in May, all metal fabbed up by "Spoilers by Randy". It looks good and was easy enough to attach that a simpleton like myself could do it. :) I usually dont veer far from "stock" but I think it looks neat
