I think sellers that won't ship is about as bad as people that take only a money order for payment.
Sure, that may be fine in the NY area where there are quite a few members within reasonable driving distance.
As a matter of fact I just won't buy from anyone that doesn't have pictures of the item, won't ship or wants a money order.
Pretty much any one or more of those three are a deal killer in this day and age.

As I`ve always said before , phone pics available when I post a for sale item.
I have a some good to new stuff that I need to sale , but cant get the dam pics to transfer for some reason.
I won`t buy through anything but paypal my self, and 'NO" friends or family.

You need to find a friend,neighbor, or relative that is handy with phones and computers to help you with those photos. It sounds like you have a smart phone and not a track phone so the software to transfer photos should be automatic and I can't imagine your cell provider would prevent it.
