Ive taken the nut off, but the steering wheel isn’t free, I don’t have a wheel puller, is there another way to get it off?

Not really. It's a sung spline. The two tapped holes are 5/16" IIRC. Many auto parts stores rent tools for free.

Rent a steering wheel puller from oreilly or buy one on Amazon. No shortage of guys who have whacked themselves in the face trying to pull it off by hand.

Agreed, and once you have the puller, you can add different length and thread size bolts for different applications that your puller kit may not have with it.

Or if you have a small piece of flat bar, measure up and drill 2 holes through it to make a puller. Google images briggs and stratton flywheel puller. Same deal less the center hole. You will need nuts and bolts. Flat bar against steering shaft draws the wheel off.

Invest in a steering wheel puller, they are cheap. I have pulled them without by pulling out on the wheel and having a friend hit the shaft with a dead blow hammer or a hammer and brass punch. Be sure to screw the nut on flush with the end of the shaft so you dont go flying back when it lets loose.
I would get the puller, you risk shearing the pin in the collapsable shaft if you dont hold out on the wheel good enough.

Pullers are cheap and useful for so many other things.
The harmonic balancer puller kit has everything you need, and its many other uses make it invalueable

You can get it off by trying this: loosen nut but leave a few turns threaded on. Slouch down in seat and lift knees against back side of wheel and pull towards you. Hit wheel nut with hammer and pop it free.

With patience you can wiggle it off slowly- may help to put small amount - couple drops of liquid wrench... pull one side- push- switch to other side- , top bottom- work it off. I got a free Tuff wheel off a Dart in the early 70s by betting the owner I could get it off without puller....
