67 barracuda notchback restoration
Got some new pix of some painfully slow progress on my 67. Wow Oct 4th 2018 i posted that next week i was going to take my block to the machine shop. Here is is April 3rd 2019 and i just took my block and rotating assy to the machinest today !!! Yep time moves painfully slow around here. 360 block forged internals. Going to be a pump gas 408. Will get a total on the job cost tomorrow afternoon. China Freight 1 ton hoist came in handy again. Picked it up to pull my truck bed to change out a fuel pump a number of months ago. Center shop roof truss i have hoist mounted to is a boxed in I beam setup. Solid.
Also pulled a complete end to end shock crossmember from a 71 scamp a fellow fabo member and i bought to take apart for the sheetmetal for multiple projects. The crossmember will be headed into the sandblast cabinet soon. Looks wet as i washed a mouse house and dirt out of it before i let it drip dry
