Riken Raptor has a blackwall in that size. $85 at Tire Rack. I'd buy them before the BFGs, just because the BFG lettering really sucks these days (impossible to keep them white). Riken is a Japanese company. However, their website says: "The Riken tyres are produced in a European tyre factory belonging to one of the worldwide leading tyre manufacturers." I have no personal experience with them.
