It just does nothing. No sound or buzz or anything.
If I get a chance in the morning I’ll pull it off, possible it’s bound up.
But if I remember right, when I was disconnecting the wires to pull it off I had a little trouble with the small wire. Seemed like the stud was turning in the starter as I was trying to get the nut off. Wondering if I broke off a wire inside under that stud.
