Is this 360 a waste of time and money

I tried to figure out the block Year date buts it too vague to be sure. See the pictures below.

I’m guessing it’s a roller motor. Pulled the 70’s 340 that was on it. Took a picture of the valley and intake on the heads....real narrow runners. Could these be the 308 heads or low compression junk?p

You can see the numbers on the heads. But when I removed the valve covers, no numbers on the heads I could see.

This engine may have came out of a truck since it has a truck oil pan on it.

I’m wondering what compression it was out of the factory and is this a good, fair or mediocre build. Any opinions or info appreciated
