Wishing I had a chance to get our Reverse Flow smoker cleaned up but it did not happen. Will be smoking a 8+ pound Pork Butt in our Large Big Green Egg....Ernie will be making some corn bread in her Medium Egg. Really looking forward to dinner tomorrow. Hoping to have a pizza during the week....and perhaps ribs next Saturday....time permitting....and I wonder why I am so damn fat.....:rofl::rofl::rofl:
 
My next door neighbor has something in his BGE right now. I could smell it when I let the dog out this morning. I may have to wander over there this afternoon.

Got a bit of a late start, and with it being 8+ pounds going to take a while....even at 350*....

I just finished a pork shoulder plate at the backyard BBQ in Tompkinsville KY. Good stuff.:thumbsup:
 
Sunday and higest temp of spring at 55, so NY strip steaks go on grill tonite. First steaks of grillin season.
 
I just polished off the last of a pulled pork shoulder, smoked for 10 hours on the Traeger. It was to die for...
