You could look in a wrecking yard for an inerita fuel pump switch, sometimes mounted in the trunk, to interupt systems if there is a bad enough hit.
Question... why would accident on street tiger the need to have a shutoff switch? Ignition switch will kill most things unless wires get pinched in which case even a shutoff switch might not function.
