Correct.Mine does not have the raised pad like my 1972 440 has.My 400 is a couple of weeks older than the original posters.It has a casting date of 3-18-74,and its numbers read 3830830-400-5.I bought this block hot tanked and magnafluxed,but nobody in a couple hours Radius seems to have a ultrasonic tester.
