NHRA: Is it worth it?

If you never felt a nitro dragster fire up then yeah.

I have the good luck to have a few in the shops near me and when they crack off its unreal.

Feeling the eye burn and the thump in your chest is awesome. Then when they wack the skinny pedal, well I cant explain it.

Its something else.
The first time I went to Minnesota Dragway's it was awesome. We could stand right behind the starting line and when a Top Fueler did it's burn outs, you could feel the heat from the dragster and my white tee shirt was covered in black rubber dots. And of course I had to quickly jam fingers into my ears. So yeah definitely bring ear plugs. The fingers thing didn't work very well!
