That is a good deal. IMO, I think Gregg Smith Equipment has the best deals on them. I don't know who you got yours from. Mine will have to have the base cap for a short ceiling, which is ok by me. My height at the wall is a little over 9' but the peak height is over 12, so I know one will fit.

I MAY build a tall lean too outside and put it under that. that is, if I run into some dough.
Got mine from Greg Smith as well. $1,795.00 and $200.00 delivery. My buddy Larry and I DID drill through my brand new 6" concrete and installed it. The secret is to make sure there's no build up of concrete dust in the holes. We blew compressed air into the holes and used a shop vac while simultaneously drilling with s new bit. I also use epoxy as well. No problems yet.

Could no longer look at this hideous factory color dash. Tore it all out and removed the heater box while i was in there. No more fighting with blower motor for valve lash adjustments!

All blacked out like the rest of the interior, and a little more refining on my new shifter console.

The BLUE box up under the dash. That's just seatbelt interlock stuff right? No other circuits run through there right? I havent had the interlock on this car since I had it.
Also rigged up neutral safety switch to work with both the oe key, and my push button starter. Also swapped a working oe temp gauge into the cluster. Changed my grille parking light lenses too. I havent worked on this thing this much in years! Getting excited for racing season!

Only dumb thing I did all weekend was cut my oil pressure line while attempting to snip a wire tie...but pretty minor for all the standing on my head I did to get the dash ripped out lol

Idk if this link will work, but me and the kiddo. making sure the oil pressure gauge line didn't leak after some running.

Was thinking of doing a Facebook live video later from the BluePrint Page. If anyone is sitting around looking for something to do later.

Thanks buddy! Ya sometimes I look back and it's hard to think I have been racing cars, and in the performance world since I was 15...which means I have been doing it for 16 years lol. (31)

I had fun doing that package tray! On my upcoming turbo B body, I have visions of a custom dash. I will have to check out your business!

Thank you! First job was at the dragstrip where I ran the starting line. I had to pretend to be older so guys like musi, hill, or another pro-am guy didnt give me a hard time. lol ;p I started racing myself and went as far as my wallet would take me at the time. Had clicked off some 180mph passes By the time I was 16. Been in my blood ever since. Just lucky enough my career and passion crossed paths enough where I get to still race, and work for a #1 performance engine builder for my career.

On another note, tuning with a wideband is nice...went down 8 jet sizes from the box jets.

I posted the pic then realized the wideband is mounted right between the tach and the oil pressure, so you cant see it behind the steering wheel.

Great weekend fellas! Car was running hot, and has been slow this year, but got it cooled down...and ran a 10.66 off the throttle, in an effort to not break out. Not that I want to buy a new water pump, but very happy to know I have the hot temps pinpointed!!
