I'm looking for new upper and lower control arms for my 1973 Plymouth Scamp and was having a hard time trying to find what you have for my car. If you can send me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Hello Fred,

We have upper control arms available in stock, tubular and tubular adjustable. As for the lowers we do not offer new replacements. The only company that currently offers a replacement lower is Qa1 but it is a tubular design. What we do offer for the lowers is what we call is our lower control arm rebuilding kits. This kit includes new torsion bars adjusters, new pivot shafts, control arm bushings and stiffening plates. Here is a link to a starting point for you on our website to see what we offer.

Please let me know if you have additional questions

Thanks

Hey Gred, I used the tubular UCAs and the LCA rebuild stuff from PST. Great stuff and fits perfectly!

Thanks Cley that makes me feel better haven't herd to much about them.

I actually got a bunch more stuff from them. Torsion bars, sway bars, shocks, it really transformed the h handling of my car. I recommend them whenever I get a chance.

I'm trying to deiced witch way to go I need a new K member as well so will see what they have.

Why a new k member?

Cley
The bracket that holds the steering gear box to the K frame has been re welded and they did a bad weld job and is cracked and I got it all ground down to weld again but not sure if I trust it after all the welding that has been done there.
Hard to reinforce it. Hold on will send picture.

Welding it up is no problem but at this point I think it needs to be reinforced and not easy to do as far as I can see.

I see your point! Should be easy to find another.

Cley
I found another pretty reasonable price but they were all weak in that area so that's why I thought after market would be the best choice. This hobby is not a cheep one for sure.

You might consider a RMS front suspension set up. I have it in my 68 Barracuda and think it's great.
