The front valence is back in place. Actually it was just crap. I called my friend Anders who did some metal fabrication for my showcar and he told me to bring it to him. Yes, leave it and I'll see what I can do. Today he called me and said it was ready!! Stop by him and it looked brand new. He drilled out the spot welds and massaged it back to former glory and the welded it back together. Magic fingers! Don! This is why I'm impressed by your metal fabrication skills.
Now it's back in place and it starts to come together. I cleaned the carb and started it up after all these years. Life is good!
Isn't it fantastic? 50 years and works just good. I wonder how the light today will work in 55 years? Well, we might found out.
