1968 Barracuda Formula S 383 4-speed 3.91 gear car
I think I am going to have to let this project go. 1968 barracuda H-code 383 4-speed with 3.91 axle package. Have Galen report and original fender tag. (no build sheet).
year correct 383 with numbers matching transmission and I believe the original 3.91 gear rear end. new super stock MoPar springs. Car runs but have not started in years and I am sure it would need other attention to be road worthy again. Has correct radiator and fan shroud. correct oil pan, correct exhaust manifolds. new Accurate deluxe exhaust system (over 1k). new Legendary seat kits and door panels. correct 14 x 5.5 H-code wheels. Correct 383 hood inserts. hard to find Side gills and spears and lots of parts. At the moment I think I am only missing the lower trunk trim ,wheel well molding and maybe bumper guards if that is part of the deluxe package. Car original color is Light green (f4 I believe) with F8 dark green deluxe interior without console. Very little to no rust but passenger quarter has been hit before and fixed and I would replace it someday. Also drivers floor pan has had a patch at one time. Truck floor looks very solid but maybe a little scale. Car has been several colors over the years but can find original green on several panes under the paint. Pictures are current but I am installing the correct turn signal hood this week. and maybe install the new exhaust.
