I am running LA headers and gaskets on my Magnum, so I would have to say they do.
Since we know the spacing and bolt pattern are the same, then the only real difference I have seen is that the Magnum head has a slightly tapered edge on the two center exhaust ports that have no affect on fitment or sealing.
