recently I've been working on a lot of the gauge wiring on my 1968 Plymouth Valiant and I’ve discovered a problem. For the longest time my turn signals had no problem operating and I was getting power to the proper wires depending on what direction I clicked the signal into. However as of recently, signals are dead. No power to the wires, no fuses blown, but both signals don’t operate. Any ideas of where I could start? Been struggling for a couple days now to figure out what’s wrong. Thanks in advance. :)

Do the flashers work?
I just went through the same thing, no signals after messing under the dash but the flashers still worked. Found one of the wires had come off the back of the ignition switch.

Excellent suggestion.
Check the hazzards.
Check the brake lights.

There's an explanation of the turn signal, stop and hazzard circuits here:
1967 Chrysler Imperial Electrical Accessory Circuit From the Master Technicians Service Conference Session 236

A little explanation about the schematic they use.
The portions I've colored represent the moving brass contacts in the turn signal switch. All three move together when the signal lever is moved.
The black circles are connected to the wires and do not move.

Parking light connections are shown because they share grounding connections with the circuit you're troubleshooting.

Do the front and rear turn signals both not work? They have separate circuits in the turn signal switch as I recall.

Left turn signal connections when the signal switch is moved.

Yea the flashers work odd enough but nothing disconnected from the ignition switch. Odd.

The hazzards have their own flasher module. At least in '67 they get power from the stop light circuit. So check the stop lights, and if they work, then its probably something with the switch. If you have a voltmeter, you can check for power to the switch with key on at the steering column connector.

Stop lights work, must be the switch then.

Turn signal flasher is located under dash right side of ashtray.

Right. I have continuity through the flasher, and continuity up the steering column, yet when I flick the indicator, I don’t get any continuity to the wires leading back out the Column to the gauge cluster. It’s the strangest thing.

I bought a new turn signal switch for my 69 from year one or Classic. Don’t remember which one, but one was way cheaper than the other. With discount it was only about $30. Works great, seems good quality. Much better than typical Chineseium. Didn’t want to pay over $100 like some oe ones go for.
