This is a nice unit. Dual fan you can use as intake or exhaust. Also has run time timer. Designed to fit in windows/openings. Adjustable to size of your window or opening. 24”s to 36”s.
Bought this fan new & used in both my attic and backyard paint booth. Worked great and still does. Just tested her.

What does the knob in the middle on the top do, speeds are on the bottom for both fans, direction on top for both fans what else is there ?

Maybe the timer but there are no #'s

It is the timer/comfort control knob. All the way to right fan runs continuously.
To set run fan until your desired area temp is reached. Turn dial to left, until fan shuts off. Fan will then turn on & off automatically to maintain that temp.
