Suspension swaps 68-72

Hey guys I have a 67 Barracuda Fastback. I have an opportunity to purchase a 69 dart front suspension. Just wanted to double check are Barracuda and Dart suspension components the same? And yes I know 67 is an oddball year for the idler arm. It’s one of the reasons I wish to swap to a later year suspension.
