BORGESON steering box

They'll probably offer you a replacement P/S box, and charge it from your card.
After you've shipped back your old one they'll refund the money.

At least that's how they offered to handle the warranty on my leaky P/S box. Sounded fair to me.
I declined and fixed it myself because the hassle of shipping it back (and still not being able to drive because of the leaks) wasn't worth it for me.

Borgeson is very good with warranty. With my 6 years of selling them, the return rate is extremely low. Definitely within reason. I don't know to many companies that are going to send another product, sight unseen of the defective product and not ask for a second payment. I've done it and refunded upon receipt/confirmation all was proper. Almost every time I receive something even for an exchange, its not saleable. Box torn, missing parts, dirty, chipped, etc. Business have to protect themselves and serve the customer at the same time.
