How abut this one - parts or project?

Depends IF a person will be happy with that model body, that is the key.. Plenty people would love a Az not too rusted project. Can a person part it for a profit an give $500-600 ?? Some parts of the world yes, others not so much.
Me, I rather fix some rust and have straight sheetmetal, than NO rust and banged up sheetmetal. Just me. I can't tell what this car is by the pics just like all pics of all cars.
Buying projects that are NOT complete works much better when the buyer has a stash of parts or buddies with cheap parts.
Vinyl top car? How bad is the roof Around here I bet 99 would require a complete another roof! Fine if its a 68-70Charger RT you got for $1000 but......
If I wanted to do and liked that model, and the frame is not bent, that is cheap to me. Hard to find any worthwhile project these days for less than $1000-1500.
