Nighthawk is a branding GE use on lots of products. Some good, some OK, some junk.

GE H6024NH is the only H6024 lamp designed to produce more light on low beam, than the 6012 and 6014 lamps it generally replaced.
Typical H6024 lamps produce about the same low beam light as the earlier bulbs, but draw less power. Nominally 35 Watts, instead of 40 Watts or 50Watts respectively.

ref. candlepower forums 9/3/2009: Virgil " All H6054s except the Night Hawk have a 35w low beam. The H6054NH is a 65/55w (high/low beam) lamp. I know because that's what's inkstamped on the back of them (and because that's what my Fluke clamp-on ammeter shows when I power them on the test bench)."
