Swap Meet Find Help ID?

I bought this yesterday at a swap meet for a couple of bucks because I thought it looked like the fratzog on the sail panels of my Dart. It appears to be a wing nut for an air cleaner assembly but I can't find any markings on it anywhere.

Anyone ever see something like this before?

These are very sought after used on the end of a long threaded rod. You heat it up on the stove. Stick it against your wife she yours for life.
