Well if you read the ad, it reads as if not only the Julian Date is there but also the partial VIN. Was there a second place on these engines for the partial VIN? I was not aware of such.
I have never heard of there being a Julian date on the motors. But then I don't know everything yet.
Just sounds like a bunch of crap to me.
Never heard of the 10,000 day calendar being used on a motor either but it is used on Transmissions in some cases.
